The man accused of raping and killing a 3-year-old girl will stand trial in December. De Jesus Melisio Camacho pled not guilty to first degree murder and burglary charges.

Attorneys have been debating whether Camacho should face the death penalty. Camacho is accused of killing 3-year-old Evelyn in May and his trial is set for December 9th.
