(DAKOTA CITY, NE) A South Sioux City man will stand trial in a 12-year-old murder case. Andrew Orellana is accused of shooting Joaquin Guerrero in 1997. The state plans to prove Orellana was in a gang and shot Guerrero in retaliation after another gang-related shooting two days before. Police say the trial could take up to two weeks. Jury selection starts Wednesday morning at 9:00 AM.
