There are new opportunities for senior citizens in North Sioux City. Lutheran Social Services cut the ribbon on affordable housing along Streeter Drive for seniors Tuesday morning. The 20-unit complex provides low-income apartment living with convenient access to all that North Sioux City has to offer.

Funding from South Dakota HUD and the North Sioux City Housing Redevelopment Commission helped pay for the project.
